While our grandmothers might have used this as a lipstick case, this hand-tooled leather keyring is the perfect place to stash aspirin or any other pill or small item.  A plastic tube is hidden inside the leather and accessed via a snap closure.

Since it also makes a great zipper pull or purse charm, it attaches easily to a purse strap, zipper tab or belt loop with the oversized lobster clasp and the 1” split ring holds a ton of keys.
